Siobhan’s surgeries will take place at the following times and locations.

1st Monday of every month –

• @ Home Centre, 2 Clark Street, Airdrie, 4-5pm
• Shotts Healthy Living Centre, Kirk Road, Shotts, 5.30-6.30pm

2nd Monday of every month –

• Larkhall Community Centre, 19 Montgomery Street, Larkhall, 4-5pm
• Hillhouse and Earnock Community Centre, 121 Hillhouse Road, 5.30-6.30pm

3rd Monday of every month –

• Greenpark Community Centre, Greenpark Drive, Polmont, 4.30-5.30pm
• Grangemouth Community Education Unit, Abbots Road, Grangemouth, 6.00-7.00pm

No appointments necessary. For further details, please call 0131 348 6389. Please note that surgeries will not take place on public holidays.
